Our Business

Bereavement is a distressing and bewildering time. At Roy Folland & Son, our first duty is to provide a professional and sympathetic service. Our second duty is to offer guidance in dealing with all the formalities and arrangements that may be required. Any one of our staff is on duty 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to assist with your enquiries, and our excellent facilities are available on request.

Our History

The business has been established for over 100 years, and was formerly owned by W T Matthias. It was taken over some 50 years ago, by Roy Folland who then purchased the neighbouring property, which now forms part of the Chapel of Rest.

With a second generation member already on the staff, the business will continue to provide an excellent service to the Pembrokeshire community for many years to come.

The building itself is very old, and has been a place of spiritual comfort for many years. The first floor of the property was once used as a Chapel of Ease by the parishioners of Uzmaston, and until quite recently contained the harmonium and original pulpit, but unfortunately both were in a state of disrepair.
